Obviously I'm not familiar with the entire situation but I assume Sova LLC faced backlash from EG fans since they claimed that Sova's group name and logo was very similar to that of EG the kpop group - how would that be considered bullying

I guess the keyword here is what is the difference between backlash vs bullying and where is the line drawn

I don't know about bullied. It sounds like it didn't even occur to them to verify if the name was in use, so I guess, good for them on adding that check to their process?
