This was pretty informative inside view for me, Grace was idol trainee at some point, then debuted later as solo artist and has lot of friends in industry as well so she knows what she's talking about which is nice.
Some things addressed:
- Different types of managers kpop industry has
- Producers go to broadcasting stations to try to land artists jobs (i had no idea this was how artists land the performances, variety shows etc. D:)
- Working conditions
- Getting yelled at by higher executives, taking it on idols/trainees.
- Salary, having to often pay on your own pocket for idols/trainees, sometimes not getting payback from company
- Bad managers who try to get it together with idols, mean managers
- Driving fast and korean driving culture
