So imma be telling y'all a bit about the universe through these threads, I hope y'all like it
First up, I'll talk a bit about the different races in this event.
The Chiss live in the unknown regions, this region of space is unknown mostly because of how hard it is to traverse it. The rest of the known universe has some sort of interplanetary travel available like hyperspace but these regions are pretty volatile in the sense that both the different races inhabiting the planets as well as space anomalies make it extremely hard for anyone to travel through it by normal means. Usually the stories told about this region come from people that either accidentally went there cause of an crash or were trying to evade galactic law enforcement (Like Han Solo). All attempts to colonize this area have failed and scouts have gone missing so many times people just stopped trying.
Scary stuff right there, and the Chiss are essentially the most fruitful thing to come out of that area.
