Yea when the force awakens teaser happened, i was really exited, but they didn't execute it well at all, or plan it well either

right the way everything panned out wasn't planned or executed to it's full potential </3 they could've done so much better

exactly Like, it doesn't even need both. Executed well but not well planned, somewhat okay because the execution would have saved it a little better. Well planned but not executed is also okay because there was thought behind it and a structure that worked. SW:RoS had none of them If it had no connection to Star Wars and was it's own story, I think it could have worked better

agreed they tried to stretch the story out and make connections way too much it would've been better to start a new story with minimal connections
