I've brought up creating a new country/island but every single time I started planning I ran into roadblocks
1. We have no established constitution
2. We have no place to start building on that wouldn't cause warfare and the death of all the citizens
3. I'm a 14 year old and no one thinks I have the know-how to govern thousands of people
But I'm determined to make it work and here are my plans so far
The first thing one might propose is language so we have 2 possible routes
1. Make a language that has 0 chance of getting added to Google Translate
2. Get friendly with another country so you can steal their language instead
I think we'll choose route 1 today because not good at making friends with real people, let alone gaining allyship with sovereign nations. For this thread, I'll focus on culture and language
Alphabet
A (ah) E (eh) O (oh) I (ee or ih depending on word) U (ooh)
The rest are standard Latin alphabet characters but C is (ss) F is faint and R does not exist

This is a holiday similar to Sweet 16 but is slightly different.
When someone becomes 14 years of age (on the basis that every citizen is legally a 1-year-old upon birth) they are now in a higher social class which was addressed earlier as Mance
On Dekk Mance, the child is given a gift from each family member and a work license as this is the age they can legally work. Traditional gifts for Dekk Mance are dark blue jewelry, handmade cosmetics, or money. A ritual is done at 14:00 that day to seal their spirit and give them good prosperity in the future

This punishment can't be given for Murder, Sex Crimes, Homicide, Breaking and Entering, or Aggravated Assault not motivated by substances)
