Okay, I see both sides. But I'm for it.
I see it's supposed to be empowering. And below the statue it says "I do not wish them [women] to have power over men; but over themselves." What I see is a naked woman who chose to be naked, and her body language is so powerful.
Now, people may have concerns about, I don't know, idiots taking disrespectful pictures with the statue. Or maybe Mary never talked about nudity, I don't know. And if this were made decades ago it probably wouldn't look like this.
But I feel like it's appropriate in this day and age.
