anyways, yesterday evening my doorbell was ringing and a really distant relativ was at my door.
she told me that dhl tried to give a package to her (she wasnt home) that was mine (she lives a few meters away from me), so she was
at the post office and the lady there noticed sth was wrong and that one of the 3 packages was not hers.
they assumed it was mine, because my adress was on it (and we have the same last name).
so she was notifying me and giving me the label to get my package at the post office.
first I didnt know because I didnt really order anything, but she said its a package from korea (and I actually ordered sth from korea).

I was angry, to say the least because I was home at that day.

so today I was at the post office and got it. took it home, opened it, wtf.
I didnt order the contents (it was korean cosmetics and I dont order those, I actually ordered shinee merch lol).
so u can guess my reaction. I first thought I got scammed, but than I saw that there was no last name on the package and also a different first name.
my first name is Anne and on the package was written Anna (my relatives name is Anna-Lena btw so its actually pretty funny).

thank god there was a telephone number on that package, so I called it.
a young lady was on the phone. I told here who I was and I noticed she had an accent, she asked me if I could speak english with her, I said yes.
so I asked her if she ordered cosmetics from korea, she said yes (that made me really happy, because I had to pay taxes when gettong the package).
I asked her where she lives, and she told me the same adress as mine (I live in a house with several apartments).
and I was like wtf, we are neighbors.
turned out she was living in the 5th floor and I`m living on the 2nd floor.

anyways, end of story. I gave her that package and she paid me back the taxes.

but hell did I call dhl and give a complaint.

DHL has no common sense, especially compared to how expensive their prices are, but that's absolutely crazy you were able to find her I'm sure she was so happy

bet she was glad. u pay taxes only if its more than 150€ product value. so those 23 € would have been cheap for all those korean cosmetics in there.

DHL when I've bought kt4u in the past is always minimum $50 (even for a single album) and the more albums, more weight, more money. I think the most I've ever spent was about $150 on shipping
