In the second video she seems to be aging backwards, she looks atleast 3 years younger again lol. Double ponytails will do that

Yea you sleep on your hair and the contact points to the chair is your neck and down but if you tie it on both side and it just hangs on each side of your shoulder then you wont be sleeping on your hair
