Its ok, it was something stupid. I was thinking about time travel and Einsteins general relativity. I understood it will but suddenly at night it no longer made sense to me and that kept me up thinking about it. And even now I still can't wrap my mind around it when i could for a long time before

Yeah...I can't sleep because my mind is very active. So i always have to play a video on the background that way when I'm listening usually I'm not thinking about things as actively... but the video that I played was about "terrifying reality about traveling 100 years into the future"

somehow I always get recommended 2-3 hour long AI videos about such things.. I did not even know they also make shorter ones
