With SuperM being the alleged Avengers of K-Pop or rather, the Avengers of SM, why aren't they a co-ed group?

If they want to show the best of the best, where are some of the GG members that SM has?

though to me it seems like as the avengers of kpop they are using these memebers to really show what kpop has to offer, and whenever i think of co-ed i can only recall first gen groups, or maybe one failed 2/3 gen experiement, so i dont think this is really..reprisentative

Even if I all my faves were on a group together I wouldn’t still call it the best of the best.

I think that they are called the Avengers of Kpop because of this collaboration with Marvel.

And what SM is trying to do here is pure business. They are not trying to represent Kpop abroad.

They're all good dancers but its easier to only deal with one type of dancing. Girls tend to do more technical and graceful moves whereas boys tend to do stronger and more powerful moves. You could definitely have a combination of the two, but its easier to make songs fit for one style and not need to deal with those differences.

BoA is able to do alot of dance styles tho and Hyo is known for her stronger dancing styles. Just because the group danced follow a different approach, doesn’t mean tht their personal style is the same.

That may be true but I dont think they can really compare to those specific boys when it comes to power. Theyre also just less suited to the more intense dances because of their body shapes and which parts of their body are the focus to the viewer. Biologically men and women are different and that makes a difference in dancing. Not saying that theyre better or worse, theyre just different and its easier to just not deal with it.
