T-Ara has joined the ranks of fellow girl groups Twice, MAMAMOO, Red Velvet, Blackpink, GFriend, 2NE1, Apink, Girls' Generation, Sistar, and Oh My Girl! to achieve this milestone.

They still are, but they produced their last comeback completely independently which is extremely hard so they want to release music on their terms rather than a company's terms now. I respect that, but I'd wish they'd take some stress off themselves and sign like a year long contract at an entertainment company when they have their next comeback.

It is shocking to me that f(x) isn't on that list, but I think f(x) has a smaller discography than T-Ara so that may have an impact alongside a lot of their music being released before streaming became normal then disbanding right around the time that streaming took off. They are still in the Top 50 of most streamed idol groups on MelOn though

Also, T-Ara was super popular with the general public until they weren't so I think what has helped them reach this milestone are their songs in the older discography with people replaying Roly Poly, Lovey Dovey, You Drive Me Crazy, etc.
