I'm not anymore, and never was on here. I used to be bullied online in other spaces, so I created the YouChan Protection Squad and the implication was that whenever anyone was mean to me, I'd tag everyone on the squad and they'd stand up for me and tell them off, so I didn't have to do it myself, as I was non confrontational. Ideally, they'd tell them to stop or be petty, but nothing that broke any rules or crossed a line. By the time I finally got around to creating it, the bullying had significantly died down, so I never actually used it outside of jokingly. I still reference it and threaten to use it occasionally, but it's always lighthearted and meant as a joke these days.

I cannot even imagine someone wanting to bully you I'm glad its not happening anymore!

It's like cards in that sense: difficult to explain to others, especially if they've never used them before, but once you use them and get the hang of them, it's not as confusing as it seems and even fun.
