they can be. i see some on insta reels though and cringe bc while they are aesthetic, they don't hold up well over time (i'm talking about the pastel ones that everyone loves). i have 4 tats and am getting one removed soon so i've done my fair share of research lol

Without a doubt, I have my fair share of tattoos and they’re colorful, but I’m sure at 70 years old (likely much sooner but you know what I mean) they won’t be as striking as they are now. Definitely something people should be aware of before getting tattooed though.

No, thankfully because if I did they’d have to make cuts on the tattoo and I’d be sad about that
