I feel like I could handle a zombie apocalypse when push comes to shove but an alien apocalypse or something where robots/AI takes over the world would be a literal nightmare. We are kind of prepared for a zombie apocalypse but the aliens or AI could be so advanced that we couldn't find ways to defeat them.

I already asked ChatGPT if someone programmed them to conquer the world, would the do it? (since they can only do what they're told to do...for now).

It said yes.

Also, if you let AI go unhinged and don't put limits on what it can learn, it could become sentient. Thank God there are laws against that because this could happen.
