I was reading a recipe. It's called chicken long rice. The FAQ has a question where someone asked what to serve with it and the person said rice, and that that's a lot of rice but it tastes good. The recipe contains no rice. Where is all this "rice" coming from in the name and question? I have no idea.

It's a chicken noodle dish. But noodles aren't rice. Some are made of rice but not these type
