Spoiled milk. Not as much when it’s super spoiled. But when it’s a little spoiled, like just enough to notice but not enough to be blatant, then I start doubting myself and thinking “is it really definitely spoiled” and “maybe I’m just imagining things”. It might also come from being told something wasn’t rotten or spoiled or whatever when I was younger by my parents even when all my siblings agreed with me. We eventually started joking that as you age you lose taste buds, though my littlest brother ate a bowl of cereal with very spoiled milk and when asked why he didn’t complain he said it didn’t taste weird to him so there goes the age theory

It’s been a long time since I had soy milk (I used to be allergic to cow milk and settled for soy). But this just proves cow milk is superior jkjk

Usually same but obviously it’s harder for me to go get myself a glass of milk now. In the past it varied too because of my allergy and stuff

Oh but that’s understandable Lactose intolerance is rough but my milk intake is still higher than it should be lol

I'm super paranoid about spoiled food. If there's any question I throw it out. I feel terrible because I'm sure I throw out a lot of perfectly good food but just mentally can't get around the what if. Once milk his the date on the carton it's gone. That goes for most things.

Oh yeah, mine wasn’t lactose intolerance either, it was a full on milk allergy, so even though my allergy was really mild I wasn’t really given the option of having any milk (nor should I have been). Generally with lactose intolerance in some people some milk is fine (though that varies ofc and isn’t with everyone), while with milk allergies usually no amount of milk is okay. But yeah I do agree about your milk intake being higher than it should be

Yeah definitely, there for sure is a difference and one is more serious than the other.

Milk is the biggest offender when it comes to it (mostly whole milk and almond milk ).
