they played Centuries. as soon as my caregiver and I walked into the auditorium, I said to her like "THIS IS FALL OUT BOY! Why are they playing a freaking Fall Out Boy song at a worship service?" and she just shrugged. lol I mean, not that I'm necessarily complaining bc it is a bop after all, but still - afaik Centuries is a completely secular song!

Do they only play Christian songs usually? Maybe they just wanted some different music from usual? I don’t know who is in the band but if they’re all school age maybe they also play together at school or something

I think thats an amazing choice. I have noticed religious services playing songs that could have religious meanings depending on interpretation but are technically secular
