It's been reported that the GazettE bassist REITA passed away on April 15.



The band's official website states, "His energy, which was active with passionate feelings for the band, will never change and continue to shine. The members and staff are still lost by this sudden and unbelievable event, and are unable to accept the current state of this situation. However, to our company and the GazettE, he will continue to be a valued artist." By the request of his family, REITA's funeral will be held with close relatives only.



REITA along with RUKI and Uruha formed the band in 2002. He was the bassist for the GazettE for about 22 years.
