I had it a few days ago
And thankfully it’s the only one I need for now at least, as long as I don’t injure myself again somehow at some point/need something when I get old

ahhh, at least purple is a nice color. They could have used brown or cat vomit green. If I was the surgeon their would be random pictures I drew while you were under. And I'm a horrible artist, you don't want me to draw on you.

It is usually but something about purple mixed with a bit of blood red isn’t appealing to me when it’s on my body

I don’t want to see my knee after seeing it today
Especially the ones that are stitched, stitches weird me out. Like I get why they’re used but can’t they be magically heal my knee instead?
And I might even consider it if it’s one bandage/dressing, but I have dressing over the cuts, then a compression bandage on my shin to mid knee, then a second compression bandage on top from mid knee to thigh, and they’re annoying to take off and put back on

Sadly acl surgery is pretty major surgery, needing multiple incisions, screws, a new graft, the whole 9 yards

If it's any consolation. I discovered I need hernia surgery this week. Apparently your not supposed to have to poke your intestines back in place after a sneeze or cough.

I'll be fine, the problem is I can't do it until I'm elligable for short term disability because I just started a new job and I don't want to do it as soon as I'm elligable because I feel like it will look bad since I just started a new job. I'll tell the doctor to use blue, purple, pink, and green markers so I have a variety of colors to look at.

To return completely to intense ish sports, usually 9-12 months. I’m already looking forwards to being able to at least step on my new knee, the time for that is about 3.5 more weeks (4 weeks total)

and there was a scene in an alien takes over human's bodies and eats them by using their bodies to cut their stomach organs and it pulled out the alien thing and put it on another guy. it was so disgusting I was nauseous for 1 hour
