I would say the hardest bosses I've had to fight is from a bootleggy broken game called Arc Rise Fantasia. It was a turn based RPG and some boss battles could take me like a full hour and a half to finish because the enemies health bar is WAY too big

This is going to sound childish compared to all y'all's "grownup" games lol, but Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls games. lol OMG his heat-seeking missiles were the freaking DEVIL! And yet, somehow I managed to finish that game. lol

The Valkyries in the newest God of War. There was one in a poison filled maze so you would have to beat her before you died from the poison. To make matters worse the maze changed every time your renter it. That was the last Valkyrie I needed to defeat before facing the final Valkyrie boss of them all. Funny thing is they weren’t even part of the main story, they were side missions but they were the last things I needed to finish to complete the whole game.
