I was walking around there and I noticed that it's still unoccupied all those years later after JYP moved out. There's a dark aura around it and the people in that neighborhood prefer to avoid walking near it. Imagine, thousands of people walked in and out that building, with hopes and dreams. But obviously almost none of them never came to fruition. Every Korean JYP group has been in it except NMIXX, the least successful JYP girl group of all time.
