it must be an american thing since where i live, at least my nearest area, doesn't let you record anything in the theatre (which i agree with). i personally do not mind people going to the movie in suits if it makes your experience fun but i've seen people record them screaming during the screening, throw food at one another or even throw bananas at the screen and for those people i have zero respect.

yeah it's terrible... this thread has some vids with the behaviour i described. it's sad how some people don't know how to have fun without bothering others.
