Hello Kpopsource, and welcome to the Rookie Project!

You have the opportunity to create the next top rookie artist by completing tasks, earning points, and getting the users of KS to look your way. The rookie that gets the most points wins. Will it be yours?

Rules

1. Follow the official Event Rules.

2. You can sign up individually, or work in a team of users. Teams cannot exceed 4 users.

3. Your rookie can be a soloist or group. They can do any genre of music, and can sing in any language.

4. All posts and threads must be made in Chill Zone.
You can name your threads whatever you want, but please add [The Rookie Project] to the title.

5. Please be sincere when/if you're scoring your opponents. If you are suspected of cheating, you will not be able to finish the event.

*Task 1 will be posted early, during signups, so any confirmed competitors can start brainstorming.

Points

There are a total of 100 points you can get during this event. Points will be determined through voting, Events Choice, and bonus tasks.

Voting: Each rookie will be scored out of 10 points on each task. The average will be your score for that task.
Events' Choices: The Events team will pick our top three rookies for the week, and we will give you an extra 5 points.
Bonus Tasks: You can earn more points by promoting your rookie during the task period. You can earn 2 points per task day.

10 pts x 4 = 40 points from voting
5 pts x 4 = 20 points from Events' Choice

5 task days
(bonus points cannot be earned on voting days)

2 pts x 5 = 10 bonus points per task
10 pts x 4 tasks = 40 bonus points
