The 1912 play version of Snow White was the first to give names to the dwarfs. Their names were: Blick, Flick, Glick, Snick, Plick, Whick and Quee. The Disney version is the most commonly known one, with the dwarfs having the following names: Doc, Grumpy, Sleepy, Happy, Bashful, Sneezy and Dopey.​
