That's true, and yet, if I were to examine kpop now, given how Dreamcatcher's discography has evolved, I don't think I'd stan them anyway. Only one Korean idol group has stan potential from me if it can even be considered kpop at all; 𝐗!𝐃𝐄𝐍†.

I was a bit disappointed when I found out that there was no other girl group that sounded like Dreamcatcher at that time. Today I like the contrast between listening to K-Pop and listening to Western and Japanese Rock and Metal. Even if there would be a fast-developing Metal scene in South Korea currently, I'd still stay with K-Pop. I can't even explain why I like the K-Pop sound, but I know that I'd miss it in my life.

Aside from Dreamcatcher's rock songs, I could say kpop songs in general ranks from songs I like but wouldn't make its way into a playlist, and songs I definitely hate. Kpop songs that I'd include in a playlist; only Dreamcatcher's. There's X!dent; but I'm not counting them as a kpop group.
