Tbh, Texas just wasnt ready for cold weather and infrastructure failed. Happens all the time with snow around Europe at least, but usually outcome isnt as catastrophical.

Exactly, the thing to "blame" is the underfinancing of the entire energy infrastructure... Which is to say, the guys at top not thinking about certain plausible situations
