Yup, cannot trust meteorologists. But, it's not their fault.
It's always the weather [ or Mother Nature ] saying, "No" to mess with us humans.

Thank you for educating me with this new slang. It almost resembled the phrase, "You're such a tool [ an idiot ]." So I really needed clarification.

I don't want to imagine Twice performing while being rained on because it reminds me of that Water Bomb Concert several groups performed some months ago, where in certain clips I've seen on YouTube, some members actually fell hard and seemed like they really injured themselves.
I was thinking, "What a 'brilliant' idea. As if dancing in high heels for girl groups on dry ground wasn't risky enough, yeah, let's add water and make it even more dangerous. Dumb-ass labels!"
