Well also I've heard getting a good place while you're not Japanese let alone not Asian isn't easy which is why most English people who live there end up as English teachers

At least I would be qualified as a real teacher but I am Swiss so they wouldn’t take me even if I am good at teaching English haha

Yeah using it as much as possible tends to help especially if you wanna pick up the accent but need to talk to fluent English speakers for that
