but if its an apartment complex and there's management I think you can file a noise complaint. if the management is halfway decent the report'll be anon too.

I had similar stuff happen to me once and it sucked. I was camping, and the other people in my tent were all talking to each other and being really loud. I told them I was going to sleep, hoping they’d quiet down for me and I could sleep. They basically gave me the same response that those people gave you: said “goodnight” and then went right back to full volume. It was so annoying!
