I gotta watch the whole episode soon, im not familiar with Rain except for Speed Racer n him being a famous/popular kpop idol in the 2000s till now? But he was enjoyable in the clips i watched of previous episode. But Lee Hyori slays me in wat iv watched her in(very little but its enuf to leave an impression).

R u referencing "who's on first"? or just riffing? Either im unsure if koreans would get this joke/reference.

I like to think their totally serious in an entertainment sense, see Yu San Seul- an earlier episode had him sing a trot song n released it n it was a hit. No irony or jokeyness tat i could tell, but i hvnt watched tat episode or many others-i only watched 1 or 2 episodes where Jae Suk was being a chef, it wasnt meant to be funny but played totally straight; sort of like method acting except i think its different - i took it as they take it seriously but theyre doing it to entertain us(korean audience/ifans). Kinda non ironic irony if tat makes sense. I might not totally understand but i love it smh.(if u watchbthe whole thing i dont think youll find any wink wink moments, look how funny we r doing this-as might happen in western shows.) They might question/doubt privately but never show it afaict.
