Things I hate : Big three edition (2 Viewers)

Gonna get specific with this one 😔

Anyways, what i REALLY hate about stans that Stan the big three.. like BTS, blackpink , SVT?? Actually I'm gonna leave carats out of this because I've never met a toxic one.

Anyways fans like blinks and armies. From what I've observed the majority of them just Stan their groups just for the privilege.. like just so they can have their whole "gotcha!" Moment. Like just people that Stan well known groups in general tbh. And while there's a lot of well known groups with great songs! The majority of them are falling off with their style of music. Like it's going downhill.

And to be completely, 100% real. The only reason these groups make it on the charts and have loads of sales is because they're popular. If nugu groups like even had a fraction of the fame bigger groups had they'd be as, maybe even more popular than the well known groups imo.

Mostly because nugu groups don't really have the privilege of slacking? (Terrible wording ik) but i mean nugu groups can't just release a song out of there asses and call it a day.

Because since they don't have the privilege the bigger, well known groups have. They could fall off.

For example, a lot of armies are upset with BTS' English releases. But still a lot of them buy, and support BTS. Because of their past releases, and because they know eventually BTS will come back with something they like. And because they're BTS.

This adds in to say that a lot of the time when people use charts and views as an argument when saying x paved the way... It's not very plausible. Because just because that song is charting high, doesn't mean it deserves to. A lot of nugu groups make songs that are, imo, better than those of groups with well known fans. But most don't chart because they're not well known.

Also the whole x paved the way thing.

I don't know what weird thing you have against BTS but i def bought their recent album (even the english releases 😱, i know shocking) because i like the song they put out. I wouldn't spend so much money on songs I don't even like...
Life Goes On meant so much to me who struggled mentally while the pandemy was happening and i'm sad that you would reduce it as "something they pulled out of their asses and called it a day".

i literally responded to the claims in your original post... you know? the one you wrote. you said army only buys the album because it's bts to which i answered that it was false because i actually liked the songs. you also said that compared to nugus, popular groups can slack off and just releases song as they like because they know it will chart well anyway. i answered that it saddens me you would think that way about songs that are very meaningful to me like "life goes on". it was not a song that was pulled out their asses only to keep their career going.

Last time I checked life goes on wasn't an English release? And while i did say most people only buy the albums because they're BTS, we can't deny that it's true. A lot of kpop stans only buy the albums because it's their favorite groups. But diverting from that, i never used bts as an example with that.

In all seriousness, i think it's bs. The whole concept of paving the way seems majorly fucked up to me (cause what way is being paved? fans often mean "the way to international fame"... which yeah, i think is fucked, cause it's k-pop. Like, Korean pop). And even the greatest artist would have someone to credit as their inspiration. So imo it's best to respect all artists who work hard in releasing their music, and appreciate quality.
