Biggest one that I feel like is prevalent in all of K-pop as a whole, CA. Because when actual companies and idols who do CA get away with it or are noticed doing it people start questioning those who don't. I feel like this could also go along with too much prejudice and sexism in K-pop aswell.

For people to realize that idols are not their possessions. You shouldn’t feel like they need to listen and do as you say, whether it be telling them to lose/gain weight, telling them not to date, etc… They’re not anybody’s property.

1) Idols getting scandalized for dating. The K-industry is NOT a nunnery - idols should be allowed to have significant others without having to keep it a secret!

2) This is kind of echoing what Julia said about fandoms acting like cults, but K-pop fandoms forcing their peers to stan such and such an artist. I don't mean like what Yachii does on here with his Passcode agenda or what I do with my 5SOS agenda; I mean FORCING people to like that group: "You MUST stan this group or you're an uncultured swine!" Well, guess what? Not everybody is going to be an Army or a Moa or a Czennie or a Stay or what have you. You're going to encounter people who won't stan, and that's just life. If everybody stanned the same groups, the world would be a very boring place.

Overworking minor idols and debuting them in general! The industry is cruel and the things idols go thru ex. extreme dieting, overworking, hate comments, death threats etc. It's an unhealthy place for idols!
