I like the way you think

With gymnastics and cheer terminology, that’s a back layout. It doesn’t fit perfectly neatly into that category because of the heavy arch and bent knees, I would guess in some acrobatic art or sport it could be classified differently because of those differences. But back layout is the best I can give, the overall shape is more laid out than anything else in gymnastics sports so it’s most like a layout

Also note that I’m not saying he’s doing it wrong, I think he’s probably doing it on purpose because of the visual effect it creates. Doesn’t matter that it’s not exactly that, for what he’s doing this is better regardless because it looks cooler for this kind of a scene.
