If you scroll down further the poster mentions that he was trying to speak in English tto the fans despite there being a translator there so it seems like it's in an English-speaking country.

I guess but also it doesn't look apologetic at all and genuinely rubs me the wrong way. The poster stated later on that this was going on throughout the entire show. I don't think the members ever intervened that whole time to support Jinyoung and get fans to stop.

Was this a concert outside of Korea? I'm pretty certain that Jinyoung is the most popular there - overseas however seems to be different if this is what it is.

You can visibly see how annoyed he is, solo fans are so annoying and don't know any respect towards other members of a group
