I’m asking cause I’ve been suffering all day. How do y’all deal with cramps?

if it's period cramps we're talking about then i've found that if the hot bag and pills fail then a hot bath will help. be careful though, the heat could get too much and cause a heatstroke. keep a bottle of water nearby

I definitely should be drinking more water, that’s probably where the headache came from too.

Put a small pillow (like decorative size) between my legs and lay on my side...

Easy Remedies

Drink Ginger tea or Chamomile (or eat crystallized ginger)
Walk around and breathe slowly
A lavender heating pad is good too
Sit down lean over and touch your toes (while also breathing slowly)

And if these don't work, three ibuprofen

wow i've never heard of any of those remedies! they seem great
though i'm not sure about three ibuprofen. it's a bit too much, isn't it?

It definitely helps me to have ibuprofen and do your best to stay active, walk around. If you're not out somewhere, I agree with Tickita putting a small pillow between your legs help take the pressure off. I'm also a stomach sleeper so in terms of sleeping, sleep with a small pillow under your hip bones. I use those pillows that have beads in them and it works well.
