My high school was usually always pretty relaxed when it came to the rules in class and dress codes. Most teachers allowed eating in class, in fact a lot of teachers allowed students to finish their lunches in the next class. We had a dress code but it was hardly ever something that most teachers made us follow. Your school sounds real strict
