So I was always chubby as a kid, and the bullies never did give me a break. I was called "the fat one" or "the pig". It really hurt to pass by a group of kids and hear them identify me as that. They'd say, "look, her that's the one I'm talking about, the fat one!" This went on for about 4-5 years until I finally had enough of it. I found kpop in 2018 and was really impressed with the dances that were complicated and beautiful at the same time. The first one I saw was BTS Idol. I researched workout routines and found that dancing was one of the best since it works out every part of your body. I figured this would be perfect since I had found the music that was made for me, and on top of that, it was already choreographed. I tried to learn a few but would then end up giving up. Until I found this article. She helped me to see that the weight loss journey is not easy, but not giving up is the most important thing. Thanks to this article and kpop, I'm now about 115-120 whereas I used to be about 150. I'm really happy with my results, and to anyone else who's struggling, it's not gonna be easy, but there's always light at the end of the tunnel
