Tickets for EXO in Taipei (1 Viewer)

Hello guys!

My friend and I are in Seoul this september/october and we want to get tickets for EXOs Concert in Taipei.

Has anyone experience with getting tickets as a foreigner? We have a creditcard, but I heard on twitter that you need a bank account from there (nobody on twitter tells me if this is true lol)
