Tips on studying? (1 Viewer)

I need to study on something, but i find it hard to concentrate on it. I usually do smth in between, put a podcast, but the speaking would disturb me. Should i put music? and if yes which ?

i put music (smth i like) when not too hard but when it gets hard i stop the music

i'm not the best person to ask bc i'm literally on here when i'm supposed to be doing my readings but I would take little breaks in between so that you don't get too tired of studying. like study for 20-30 mins then take 5 min breaks in between

Put on some Mozart or some other piano music. That way, you won't have the urge to sing along bc instrumental. ()just don't play the one that goes LAAAAAAAA da DAAAAAAAAAA da DA da da da DAAAAAAA... (Eine Kleine Nachtmusik), I think it'd be too well-known for you. lol

i have adhd so i prefer doing it on paper and i make a goal like work for 10 mins and get a break for 5 also for music i put the lofi girl
