Today in my speech class we had to get into groups of 2-3 people and my group was with two girls who sat near me. I was hard at work on the assignment but they kept talking about random things and it eventually turned into them talking about the high schools they attend. You heard me correct - attend not attended. To make matters worse, one of the girls is attending the same high school I graduated from.
I was so shocked I couldn't speak. What do you mean you're both still in high school, and not even seniors?

What do you mean you still refer to your "class" as a "grade"?
The vibes are not good today. I want to end it

I'm curious if any other older KPS users feel or have felt this way and when. I don't know how to rewire my brain to not feel inadequate when I think of how far behind I am in life. No matter what I feel like I'm being left behind.​

I try not to make it known that I’m a “mature student”. Really helps living with my parents and not driving haha

Yes some high schools have a program that let's them attend college classes. They still have high school classes, for my school's case instead of 8 classes you get two or four and the rest is the college classes.
