Tomato timer or work without breaks? (1 Viewer)

Do you work for 20-25 min with 5-10 min breaks in between (Pomodoro technique), or do you work until the task is finished without stopping?

I use the technique when I study and back when I had homework. I don't at my job though.

no i either procrastinate a lot and barely get anything done, or im so focused that i forget to eat, theres no inbetween

At my work I try to take small breaks whenever I can, be that after 20 minutes or 2 hours
