i love the tomb raider games.... but to be honest, the modern ones only so far
i played 2013 version, rise and shadow

totally love the adventure, the quests, the bow and arrow and sniper style on all bad guys

I loved 2013 and Rise. Still need to play Shadow.

But my favorite is still Tomb Raider: Legend on PS2.

People hated Shadow and I don't know why tbh. From a mechanic point of view it's the most polished out of the 3, sure it's mostly just Jungle territory but I wouldnt be able to go through yet another half snowy mountain area, loved the difference for it

The first one of the ps3 and the one that was exclusive on Xbox one were good. The last one which is shadow of the tomb raider I believe!!! It's terrible and boring.

i just bought the first two using my cyberpunk refund money since they were on sale for less than 10 for both and it’s the best decision ever

getting so much more out of these old cheap games than that garbage could have ever given me even with the 20 patches that will be laid out

i think shadow was a fkin beautiful game
amazing graphics and colors
maybe people were mad because not as much action and more story

I’m currently playing rise of the tomb raider and already liking it more than the first. I’m
enjoying how cinematic the experience is, it often feels like you’re playing a movie without being boring. It reminds me a lot of uncharted in that way

I also really adore Lara as a character but I’m worried about the bits and pieces I’ve seen of the third game cuz she seems to become a bit of an asshole lmao. I understand why she hardened so much through her experiences but it was coming across as overdone to me.. hopefully actually playing the game I’ll be able to root for her more

Damn, a lot of people like Tomb Raider, interesting.

I haven't always been a fan but I recently added a game I played when I was like 12 to my replay list, Guardians of Light. I also played the modern remake but not the most recent one that was released. It was pretty good, never finished it tho.
