How do companies really treat their idols? Like im not trying to diss Idol companies but they way they are treated bad sometimes maybe even most of the time.I just don't know why the idol system is like this but thats just me, your opinnion?

A girl that trained to debut in Laboum said the former co-president verbal abused trainees so badly she suffered for anxiety and insomnia. And a bunch of other stuff the company put her through during financial issues.
And then there's the prostitution...

The majority of K-ent companies treat their idols like shit.

It starts from trainee days. From verbal abuse to even physical abuse, in extreme cases, these companies do everything they can to make sure these trainees are traumatized. Why? Partly because it's apart of the culture. They do these things out of the hope that it'll motivate the trainees to try harder and climb higher.

When it comes to the debut idols, the popular ones are unbelievably overworked with less than 3 hours of sleep a day. The less popular ones are forced to work under horrible conditions, being cramped into a small dorm and provided with like one meal a day.

The idol industry is such a dark place that if you ask idols, "would you let your kids work as idols?", 90% of them would say "never".
