There has been many horrible news these days in the korean industry, however i still wanted to remember a great singer in this post!
Choi Wheesung , or also known as Wheesung / Realslow was a korean R&B singer and producer we lost too soon on March 10th 2025, at just 43 years of age.
He had a long and extensive career spanning from 1997 til 2025, including participating in dance groups, boy bands, working as a producer and musical theatre actor.
I wanted to make this thread to remember his iconic songs and performances that will live long after his departure, just as his brother said: "Though Choi Whee Sung, the person, is no longer with us, Wheesung, the artist, will live on through his music,”
Some of my personal favourite songs!
One of the most memorable performances for me was on the show A Battle of One Voice: 300! where he sang together with 300 of his fans:
Another compilation of his live stages!
May he rest in peace!
