Tried to do the splits again after a few months (1 Viewer)

And yikes, I can still do both sides but I felt it way more than a few months back. Tragic. I need to stretch more

If you practice it, it might get easier

It will but I like things that I don't practice and magically never get harder

I wish the world worked like that

Having never been able to do the splits even the thought makes me feel injured.

It took me so long to be able to do them tbh, I was a late learner with them. But in the end I was able to do them very easily because of practice (for example, I did overspilts on a couple mats piled up, basically an oversplit is when you stretch past 180 degrees. Some dancers or cheerleaders do it to absurd amounts).

Spoiler: An example of too much

Obviously no hate to her, I just could never practice to this level. But this is the same idea just too much for me to ever consider doing

I would feel my legs snap off I am not flexible at all.

I think I’ve seen videos of her, she’s crazy flexible. I wonder how much work that must have taken
