And I realize there is one thing I dread more than the actual flight to DR.

It’s the almost 1 hour ride from the airport to the city where my grandmother lives.

The roads there can be unsafe at times. I just hope to make it in one piece depending on which of my relatives is going to pick me, my mom, and my aunt up from the airport in Santiago


I say this because I saw a car that was flipped over during a 2 hour + car ride from Puerto Plata to SFM when my dad was trying bring me back to my grandmother’s place after I stayed there for a week (my mom knew of course)… And this was in 2007

I hope so too, but I have faith that I will be safe. This trip is mostly about visiting family and doing important stuff that needs to be dealt over there.

That means I need to make sure I have whatever I need to entertain myself (free streaming apps and games on my phone + my Switch Lite and my 4 Switch Games)
