if a victim consents that's not rape!!!!!! (obviously it must be proved in a court of law)

The thing is, Korea has a really narrow defintion of 'rape', something like 'the use of violence to have sexual intercouse'.
So, everything that doesn't fall under this narrow defintion is defined under seperate articles within the criminal act of sexual crimes.
