I don't know if you are old enough to remember or know this. Or have seen clips of it.

But, in that moment, she immediately reminded me of Seohyun from Girls' Generation when she said something very similar about what happens when the older members do not eat well in, I want to say, 'Hello Baby' TV show years ago.

Seohyun also displayed her "dark side" in the same show by playfully sabotaging the food of a few of the other members with Wasabi [ a spicy food condiment ] and was thoroughly enjoying their reactions by laughing at them when they took bites.
The others were not aware because they were in the living room watching the baby and she was in the kitchen with another member making the food, I believe.

I love wasabi tho and find it much easier to handle than like actual spicy stuff like ghost peppers.
