Currently listening, and so far I agree to the AOTY mention! This is giving me Christina Aguilera vibes, which is a great thing bc Christina was my idol in her heyday!

If I had to put Scientist somewhere, it would be a B+ song.

A+ B-sides
Moonlight, Real You, FILA, Last Waltz, Cactus

• As expected, I enjoyed Moonlight -- a fun dance song, as I suspected. Also, very reminiscent of Michael Jackson/Jackson 5.
• I'd actually like a video for FILA, too xD. I need TWICE to pull a Beyoncé and make an album with a video for each song.
• I want a Halloween-inspired video for LW <3 <3 <3
• They gave me a superior CACTUS song (lol, iykyk xD). I feel like it needs to be in a shoujo anime and I love that.

A- B-sides

• Espresso, Rewind - Still a repeat, but not as much as the A+ songs. Might grow on me more. I do vibe with the styles of these songs, tho.
• The Feels here because I just don't like it as much as the A+ songs lol.

B+ B-sides
Push & Pull, 1,2,3 - Ambivalent, but it's still a step above Cruel

• 1, 2, 3 reminds me of one of their other songs (Firework from More & More). They don't really sound alike, lol, but the flavor made me think of Firework's chorus.

B/B- B-sides

• Cruel is nice. Chorus is definitely the main draw for me and I would actually like a video to accompany it.
• Candy - Was doubtful when I heard the preview. I can already tell it's a grower, with its Chance Pop Session sounding ass. Dunno why I'm putting it this far down when it's more B+.

C B-sides

• Icon - Y'all will have to let me know if Icon is/becomes a fan favorite. I just like the bridge ("I think that's why they eying me, watching me, my legacy") and the "Damn, I got it/I'm iconic." The talk rap is always a downer for me.
• HELLO - It might grow on me, but so far I only like the singing parts. It's personal, but Twice raps almost never hit for me, so. I'm not sold on it lol.

ETA: Definitely a pretty solid album and, for me, their best full album to date.
