They're completely different charts for completely different reasons.

You should change the title so that you don't confuse anyone trying to read the thread.

Maybe just for context why the difference matters. The top 200 album chart (is as far I understand it) mainly based on physical sales. As kpop is still very good at selling phisyical albums, they chart well on there

the hot 100 on the other hand, I don't know the metrics, but I think it's kinda what people in the US stream? I could be also wrong though.. anyways, it's rare for kpop artists to chart on that chart at all and if they do it's usually not so high. Tzuyu debuting on #19 on there would be absolutly phenomenal and you would have seen 100 news articles about it by now if that was the case probably
